I’m currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where my work focuses on U.S. defense strategy in Asia, U.S.-China nuclear relations, and the impact of emerging technologies on deterrence strategy. You can find more information about my work at LLNL here and a full list of publications in the Research section. Please note that I don’t speak for either LLNL or the U.S. government.

I completed a PhD in political science at the George Washington University in 2022, where I also served as Deputy Director of the Nuclear Security Working Group and as a fellow at the Institute for Security and Conflict Studies.

Prior to graduate study, I served as a program manager and research analyst in the Nuclear Policy Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
